Jeff Nielson is the President and CEO of Wasatch Residential Group. As the CEO, Jeff oversees all acquisition, development, and financing related activities from start to finish. Jeff has been instrumental in the acquisition and development of over 7,500 low income housing apartment and market rate units. Jeff has negotiated and closed over $200,000,000 in tax-exempt bond financing and over $100,000,000 of low income housing tax credits. Jeff has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Utah State University and graduated with Summa Cum Laude honors.
